Job description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams, timelines, and budgets effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between site teams, consultants, and management, while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously from foundation to handover.
* Supervise and guide Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, and Subcontractors.
* Ensure work is carried out strictly as per approved drawings and quality standards.
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and vendors for timely approvals and material delivery.
* Prepare and monitor project schedules, cost reports, and progress updates.
* Identify and resolve site-level issues proactively to avoid project delays.
* Control budgets, verify material usage, and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
* Maintain documentation and ensure statutory compliance at all stages.
* Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
* Use project management and digital tools for tracking and reporting.
* Motivate and lead the site team to achieve milestones within set timelines.
Requirements
* Qualification needed – Diploma/B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* 8+ years of experience in the same field.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* In-depth knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
* Ability to foresee project needs and plan manpower, materials, and resources in advance.
* Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and progress monitoring.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams.
* Tech-savvy with working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and reporting tools.
* Good analytical and problem-solving approach.
* Ability to manage pressure and deliver results across multiple projects.
* Experience in real estate, MSP, residential, and commercial building projects..
* Exposure to design coordination, quality audits, and client handling.
* Proven track record of managing large or multiple projects successfully.
