Job description:
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute BTL activities including events, roadshows, exhibitions, sponsorships, mall activations, and in-store promotions.
* Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
* Manage on-ground brand presence and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
* Support trade marketing initiatives including dealer meets, channel promotions, and retail activations.
* Track and analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and prepare post-event reports.
* Identify opportunities for innovative BTL activities to enhance customer engagement.
* Assist in budget planning and ensure cost-effective execution of activities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a marketing role.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Good knowledge of marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign planning.
* Ability to manage time efficiently and follow up on pending actions.
